"very smart hotel with tasteful decor , checked in online which was easy , the room was excellent with a large window overlooking the Brasillica . huge bed was very comfortable and whole hotel was spotless. all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful , good choice at breakfast time and always able to find a table even at the busiest times "

"Room is so spacial which is rare to find in Europe. The in-unit laundry machine is definitely a big plus for us as we are travelling to different cities for our 2 week vacation. It can be a bit tricky to find the entrance and we didn’t get the key code info until closer to check-in time. I suggest you WhatsApp them during office hour 9am-5pm and they are responsive. They don’t have a hotel lobby per se. we were able to leave our luggage in the office on the day of arrival and departure...

"The reception was a great experience. We were checked in early and treated warmly. He was very helpful in the booking of our thermal bathes experience and even offered towels to take along. We had a very early flight, he arranged transfer for 6 to the airport that was very prompt and reliable. We loved our room, it was large and well appointed. The included breakfast was better than expected with hot and cold options. We would highly recommend this confidently located and reasonable hotel. "

"This is a beautiful hotel close to public transportation. The train, subway and trams were about a 5 minute walk. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of options and very delicious. "Up Hotel is a clean, modern hotel, located right near a lovely garden and steps away from some fun areas and great restaurants and cafes.
