"Was not informed when booking and paying for my 2 nights that the pool and hot tub wasn’t available for maintenance and cleaning. Wife and I enjoy this hotel for convenience to attractions and the pool and hot tub to relax for couple of days. We go once a year sometimes two times and all ways stay at Howard Johnson with no problems except this time"

"Parking ok. Mini fridge didn't have freezer door. Elevator door kept opening and closing every 45 seconds all night. No phone it room to call front desk. Access door to lobby locked and not unlocked on time. No ID requested at check in or validation of reservation #. Breakfast not available on time. Air condition barely worked and was very noisy, but at least it blocked out noise of elevator. "

"Staff members were all pleasant and helpful for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and the front desk staff were always there to help. It’s nice having indoor access to Turtle Jacks. Parking is much cheaper than most hotels in the falls (we paid $20/night or offsite was $10/night - this was in April). Room was partially outdated, but bathroom has been upgraded to a nice walk in shower, beds were clean and comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. We will be back for the next competition, thank you Niagara Fallsview Hotel for giving us a great experience at a good rate! "
