Our first time in Port Colborne, quick visit. This hotel and restaurant is a fairly popular spot. Nice spacious room in an older building, above the restaurant. We had the room with the canal view. Room is well-equipped with a kitchennette for longer stays. Characteristic of the older building, the wood floor was sqeaky and no elevator, but this was not an issue for us. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, and they accommodated my wife's request for gluten free options (celiac). Nice walking promenade across the road, along the canal.

We had a fantastic long weekend stay. Room was spacious with tons of storage - we came on motorcycles so with helmets and gear, sometimes your typical hotel room can be cramped but this was perfect. Kitchen was well appointed and we loved laying in bed with our coffee, watching the boats come through the canal. Very walkable and plenty of dining options.

We enjoyed a great stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was very good. There were nice little shops and outside dining by the canal. The room was spacious and clean. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Friendly place, friendly town.

Loved the room. Super easy check-in at the restaurant. Was some cruise ships and freighters go by on the canal. The entrance is a little rough but it didn't bother us. Super friendly people; we had dinner at the restaurant too and it was great. Walking around town was enjoyable (Thursday night car show, Friday morning farmers market).
