"The room was warm when we arrived and the thermostat was at 60 degrees. It gradually cooled during the night but the a/c was obviously not working. The outlets on the right bed night stand did not work. And the container of bath soap was empty, so I used the hand soap from the vanity. The room was clean and nice. The shuttle to LAX was excellent and the drivers were extremely helpful. I’ll still stay at Sheraton Gateway again but I hope they do better on my next stay."

"Great location to spend the night when traveling. We checked in at 2am. Shuttle service was easy and timely. Good fresh food available to feed a hungry tired family. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean hotel. Felt safe."

"This is primarily a casino and the focus is on gaming. That said, once we found the front desk to check in, we were pleased with our choice. Complimentary valet parking for hotel guests meant we didn't have to drag our bags from the distant self-park lot. Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful. There's a Starbucks on property as well as a couple of options for quick snacks. The location was convenient for our travel and we would consider staying there again (we don't often have a need...

"The room cleanliness was quite disappointing. As soon as I entered, there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The bathroom was not properly maintained — there were hairs on the ceiling, which was very off-putting. The shower head was also partially broken, causing water to leak from the side when turned on. Additionally, there were visible stains on the mattress. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance standards need significant improvement."

"Reserved a room on the executive level the Breakfast was just OK. The room with 2 double beds was supposed to fit 4 but there was only one office chair and a small desk.
Not one more thing in the room. No where else to sit except the bed. There was in room options for food but considering the lack of seating I don’t know how that would happen.
No where to go except the bed. Awful amenities. Go to the Marriott downtown. "
