"Outstanding room and location, and great to have available garage parking. A few things dropped this stay down a star. First, the parking was advertised as $29/night when I booked. When I arrived, they said the price was raised to $40/night, even though their website still had the lower price, which was an unpleasant surprise. Also, there is only one elevator, and I often had to wait a while for it. Overall, I'd probably still come back due to the excellent location."

"The hotel is in an amazing area so many things within walking distance. The views from the rooms wasn’t anything spectacular. The room in itself is super nice, the bed is cozy. There is not a refrigerator to be able to have drinks. There is not an ice machine conveniently located. They advertise having room service however there is not a room service menu to review to be able to order a room service. We stayed at the hotel for five days. "The hotel and staff are great and extremely friendly. Every time we asked for anything they had answers and were prompt. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine right after we got into our room for the start of our 20th wedding anniversary. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in the world. Location is prime to everything Nashville and under rides and scooters everywhere made thing convenient and the Whole Foods a few minute walk was perfect for this hotel. I highly recommend...

"The decor was nice, friendly and helpful staff, good location and off street parking(for a fee). It was close to some major attractions, within walking distance to shops and food. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, with a good variety including waffles. Checking in was quick and easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good experience. "

"We booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advance. When I went to check in on the app the night before my arrival, I was assigned a king bed room. I called the hotel and after a ton of time on hold and then a promised call back that never happened, I called the hotel again and they found the proper room for me. I went on the app and checked in to my assigned 2 queen bed room. When we arrived the next day, the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone who guaranteed me the correct room...
