"The room was dusty on some surfaces as well as the curtains and there were no towels upon check-in. I was asked to go to the front desk to pick up towels rather than them bringing them to my room. There was a separate daily charge for parking which just felt like a nickel and dime tactic. "

"We did a quick 2 day visit to Dallas....I booked the hotel before looking at reviews and was a little scared to go after reading them. But it wasn't as bad as the reviews said.....now the hotel IS OLD and in need of an upkeep! It smells like old carpet in some spots....but that was my only complaint. The room was nice and clean and the Happy Hour they give everyday from 530-7pm was so nice. Its in a good area and honestly I would stay there again."

"Honestly the housekeeping is very disrespectful the rooms have roaches everywhere because they don’t make any of the people with pets actually clean their rooms. The second floor by the elevator smells like a dead body. They DO NOT use policy. The female that works days is only nice sometimes we both had a crush on each other but I have never witnessed someone so money hungry. The Men who work the front desk are professional and understand that without the people you don’t have business. I lost...
