"Clean room, nice staff and plenty of parking "

"Condition of property.. MC your brand is being tarnished! We have stayed at many RI and been very pleased this one however I would not recommend. Furniture dirty, torn/damaged, staff friendliness missing, pool area dead shrubs, broken chairs, towel size slightly larger then a hand towel. Positives breakfast & location!"

"I’ve stayed at this property plenty of times and has had a pleasant experience each time. This trip, the constant notifications that there would be no hot water 10a-4p and the Constant drilling and banging noises was a true disappointment this trip. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!!"

"The location was great. The lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude during each interaction I had with her. Room service was late in the day which was inconvenient when returning to the room early in the day. "

"The lobby and the room were both nice and seemed clean. Our room was on the second floor which apparently was being renovated. The elevator was dirty, the carpet had been ripped up, baseboards were missing, and there were construction supplies in the hallway and in the "vending and ice machine" area. There was no vending machine, unless it was hidden behind construction supplies, and the ice machine didn't work. I was traveling with my elderly mother, who was in a wheelchair.
