Hotel Dekat The Egg - Hart Theatre

"I think it was a great easy access property"

"Jeannine was extremely kind to me, helping me with my luggage going up the stairs. She was always, courteous and helpful. She made me feel that there was no better place to stay in all of Albany!"

"Very Nice Place to stay I always feel happy and welcomed 😊"

"The room was not clean and smelled horrible"

"The staff were all courteous. The room was neat and clean. The room was furnished nicely. Breakfast was kind of lame. The juice machine was out of service and one of the two waffle makers was out of service and there wasn't any meat. The breakfast I hope they improve upon. The rate was reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The price was right -- much cheaper than most hotels today. I stayed there because it was very close to relatives I was visiting unlike other hotels on Route 4. Made for easy visit with little driving on unfamiliar roads. I liked the early 20th century / late 19th century decor and look and feel. Game/community room was small but nice touch. Where could it be better? (1) Musty smell in hallway outside my room -- not sure why -- much of building was fine (2) Lack of washer/dryer/laundry...

"Overall, it was a place to stay convenient and location, but otherwise I would say not the cleanest and definitely a little shady late at night. Staff was helpful but it was clear they were timid and just wanted to keep their heads down."

"Quit and clean"

"The room was clean. Has a cute little fridge. The T.V was perfect. And breakfast was delicious. It was a cute stay for a nice weekend getaway."
