"It was very nice to have easy, free parking in this very busy area. Only 2 blocks to the beach & boardwalk. Very good location to get around Virginia Beach mertro area. Continental breakfast is good with fresh fruit and bagels but not expansive. Plenty of self serve tea & coffee options. Really liked our 2nd floor room with a large private bathroom. The outside porches with the rockers are outstanding."

"This is a really nice Hampton Inn right on the waterfront with clear view of the ocean, and there's a nice restaurant overlooking it, I don't usually travel and stay at Hampton Inn, but this is one of the handful of Hampton Inns that are really nice and well worth the money and much more affordable. I would stay there again if I am in VA and it's on the quieter side of the Virginia Beach strip on the south end."

"I like that you can get breakfast at the hotel before you head out for whatever activities you have planned. I love that the hotel is right on the beach. This past weekend is the second time we had our family reunion at this hotel."

"The smell of marijuana was overwhelming! It states no cigarettes or smoking on the property yet when it was mentioned they said they sprayed. The smells of whatever they cleaned with was also overpowering."

"This was our second time staying there. Location is wonderful. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. And the price was unmatched. Make sure to bring plates, utensils and cups."

"The staff was great very friendly, nice place to stay. Only issue I had was the bathroom shower the faucet was broken, and the room was very dusty. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with the cleaning. The bathroom lights and sink area were full of a thick amount of dust. Other than that it was a nice place to stay."

"Ok. First things first. You cannot beat the price of this hotel. I got an ocean front suite for $130 ish. I mean open the back door and the beach is literally 30 feet away. Fantastic. The rooms were clean. They were dated a bit but very clean and comfortable. My unit had a stove, microwave, and pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc. Is it as nice as the $300-$400 a night rooms? No. The pool was outside and warm and not crowded. The hotel is located right by the jetty and Grommet Park so if you park age...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. My only gripe with our stay were the long elevator waits and the really long line to the Sky bar rooftop. It didn’t help that 2 of the elevators were out of service. Other than that, very clean property and responsive staff."
