"A national rail strike in Italy on the day we were supposed to arrive upended all our plans, resulting in our arriving very late. The hotel accommodated our late arrival so we were able to check in with no problems. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast"

"Sicuramente posizione ottima, in centro. Posteggio comodo in box privato, non sempre disponibile ma a noi è andata bene e abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita, con una bella vista e non rumorosa. Bagno pulito e molto comodo.
Colazione ottima, personale gentilissimo.
Uniche 2 pecche: la mancanza di ascensore, ma avrei dovuto informarmi e leggere la parte dedicata, e la luce del climatizzatore che è molto forte e per chi ama dormire al buio può dare fastidio. Ma cose davvero...

"Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel...

"Wir hatten eine wundervolle entspannte und kulinarisch wertvolle Woche in Borgo La Casetta. Es ist schön auf hotels.com solch ein Juwel zu finden. Der Familienbetrieb lebt toskanische Gastfreundschaft. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abend-/Mittagessen waren wir hervorragend umsorgt. Laura, Marcello und Michelangelo lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Marcell, der "Chef" hat die in der Küche die Glutenunverträglichkeit meiner Frau bestens berücksichtig - ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. "

"This felt like staying as a guest in someone’s home. Hosts Alessandra and Guido are very welcoming. The property is so beautiful overlooking the valley with mountains to the side. We did not know there was a pool which was a fantastic surprise as we arrived in a heatwave. Dinner was a delicious pork chop on the first night and roast beef on the second. "Wir haben uns im IVivai sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und Modern, die Mitarbeitenden stets freundlich. Die Umgebung von Montemurlo ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Prato oder Florenz. Der Pool ist ausreichend geräumig und ringsrum mit Olivenbäumen bepflanzt.
