"Staff was amazing! Had a clogged sink in 1st room; replaced with a new room, immediately! Had problems with TV programming and front desk staff came to our rescue; in a very timely manner! We were in a quiet area of the hotel; away from pool area. Beds comfy and near good food and mall."

"Good location, comfy beds. Waterside was fun, pool was pretty good. Continental breakfast was okay, some good options. We got a suite for a family of 5, it was spacious but a weird layout."

"The Rustic Bunk Bed room with 2 bunk beds and 1 king bed was OK. Not overly clean, carpet needs to be replaced, outdated and a smell to it. The hot tub was out of order the 2 nights we were there and unable to use it. The breakfast was good and staff in there was very good. The inside of the property was nice and clean. If I would go back I would NOT do the Rustic simply because of it not being clean."
