"The secure door is loosened need to be replaced"

"When we arrived at 4 pm we were told there were no rooms ready and we would have to put our name and phone number on a waiting list and they would call when it’s ready. At 6:30 we went back to the hotel after not receiving a phone call and then we were able to get our room. The paper with the names on it was still laying on the desk with only a few names checked off. The poor lady at the front desk was trying but it was too much for her to handle. We were told that they were severely short staffed on people to clean the rooms. The other thing that happened is the system to program the room keys was not working so they had to go let everyone in there rooms. The people that were on staff were trying but it was too much for them to handle. Not sure if this is a normal occurrence here but until they get the staffing fixed you may want to look at other hotels. "

"Body wash is shower was empty. I could have asked staff to refill but was in a hurry to get ready. Luckily I had packed my own. Breakfast could have been a little better."
