"Great value hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Good sized bathroom. Rooms are a bit dim, but it didn’t bother me personally. It’s no longer a Best Western. It’s a Red Roof Inn. It’s only 2 floors but there is no elevator. The staff however was very friendly, helpful, and quick to address any needs I had. We even got an upgrade for free simply for asking!! Overall, great stay for the price!! "

"Pros: Check in was hassle free. Great receptionists. Presentable clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Having a microwave is always a plus. Cons: The presumptuous “Leave a tip” note on the table when we first walk in. Not even “If you would like to leave a tip”, or a “Please”. Just “leave a tip”, and they didn’t even sweep and/or vacuum the floor after day 1. Just swapped the towels on the floor, and took out the trash. What to look out for: Since there are only 2 levels, they have no elevators. So, if you want to avoid stairs, request a bottom floor room. Keycards are very sensitive, so keep them separated from your wireless chargers, phones, or any devices alike, because they will demagnetize your keycard. This might be an all-around standard at hotels now, but hotels being stingy with the cloths and towels is always a nitpick of mine. Not when requested, but when first get your room. Overall: It’s priced perfectly. Nothing more, nothing less. Only thing that irked me was the presumptuous “Leave a tip” note on the table when the housekeeping wasn’t even up to par."
