"Good stay overall! First time staying here, Staff was friendly and made check in easy! Only thing they need are individual microwaves in the rooms! I don’t know if others come with one but ours did NOT & with little kids this was a bit inconvenient being on the 3rd flood having to gather them as well as food to go down to the main lobby to warm anything up!!"

"The resort has a lot of great amenities like the pool and lazy river but everything was in separate buildings and the only way to access each building was to walk through the parking garages and along the main ocean avenue, even to go get towels for the pool. The construction was a major draw back as not only was it very unsightly but was very inconvenient. "Our check-in process was smooth and the staff member on duty was very helpful. The first room that we were given was a complete mess. It had a broken dishwasher, the phones were not functioning or were missing cords, the refrigerator was dirty and still had food in it and the room was small and very dark. It was completely not what was expected from the descriptions and photos on the website. I went back to the front desk and told them about what we found and they quickly offered another room...
