"This was a perfect stay for a get away. It is nestled in old town Albuquerque, walking distance to great restaurants, shops, arts & souvenirs. The staff was Amazing! They were hospitable, informative and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for food preferences as well as sightseeing. The hot tub was a perfect end to the day with a large sitting area to relax and watch the stars. Breakfast was made to order excellent food and coffee. We spent two nights for an anniversary get away and...

"OK, this is a bad review because. 1) Toilet flooded on first flush. Through all the towels down to soak up water everywhere. Went to the desk. They said they would send somebody to fix it. He came and said it was fixed. 2) Toilet flooded again on next flush. Went to the desk. Asked to change rooms for the second time. They said I could not change room, as they would fix it. After the "fix" I Flushed once again, but I could see water creeping up. Not looking good. 3) Flushed again...

"The lobby is a huge space that could easily encompass a full service restaurant but there is nothing in the space except some chairs. I did not have time to cook my own breakfast. The TV selection id sparce and horrible for a Hilton. Conrad would be spinning in his grave. The suite is a worthless waste of space. The whole thing needs to be redesigned."

"I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. The hotel is beautiful, especially the impressive atrium, and the suites are excellent. I particularly appreciated the isolated bedroom design; the sound insulation is top-notch, and the extra door effectively blocks out hallway noise. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the made-to-order omelets from the chef. However, the breakfast area could benefit from better organization. There was a shortage of seating, and the staff cleared...
