"This was not a pleasant stay. The room was very dirty, bread crumbs and nuts all over the place, the furniture very dusty. Lots of attractions were closed, they promised a discount for a future stay but never honored it."

And the check this in when we arrived and the next day we had Jen and both were tremendous. They gave us a little bottle of Prosecco when we arrived and everything we needed was taken care of prior.
