"Checked in, went to take a shower and the showerhead was broken, no maintenance man so the girl at the desk after me having to go back downstairs to see what was taking so long I found another showerhead and then I installed it. I also had to change a roll of toilet paper because there wasn’t enough on a thing to use it needed to be replaced. So I did both the maintenance man’s job and housekeeping‘s job and all they said to me in the morning when I left is sorry about that. No offer to pass it...
