"The property is showing its age but is still in ok shape. The room was kind of dirty, especially the floor. One bed was comfortable, the other not so much. Not bad for the price I guess. The staff were nice and helpful. The pools were filthy. The on-site restaurants were good. The parking deck is old but was fine."

"Our stay was excellent. Ashley at the front desk was warm, helpful, and kind. The valet was quick and courteous. The food on site while bit pricey was comparable to other 5 star resort quality and quantity. We will be visiting again soon."

"Initially i was unhappy with the condition & smell of my room as the floor & furniture needed some TLC. After already having moved the evening I checked in; I was helped the next day by front desk staff & they moved me to a higher floor. I was informed that improvements & new carpet were being made/ installed floor by floor from the top down & they were at about midway down. I originally paid for a room by the pool which is on the first floor. I did miss having my balcony slider but the new flooring looked & smelled good and met expectations, the kindness of the staff made up for it. I was mostly by myself & felt very safe due to the hospitality."

"Great views/location and very friendly staff. Parking garage was extremely tight and I would recommend bringing travel broom for the sand that gets in your room. Otherwise, an amazing stay!! "

"It is definitely family friendly! Lots of activities for kids of all ages. The outdoor pool was loud our balcony was two floors above it, so we heard it all, even with the sliding door closed. We heard loud construction noise from morning until late evening. On checking in we were asked to purchase room insurance. When we declined we were told that a hold would be put on our credit card. We weren't aware that there would be a daily fee to park our rental car. The room itself was fine. It had a working oven & stovetop, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, a selection of dishes, flatware & utensils. The bed was comfortable. The heating and cooling unit was quiet and efficient. Lot of drawers for storage. When we had an issue with a clogged toilet, maintenance responded quickly. The in-house restaurant, Loco Gecko, had good food selections; the food was tasty as well. Service was excellent. If you go, be sure to ask for a room higher up than the 3rd floor and ask about additional charges."
