Check in was smooth the bar was amazing the cocktails were delicious and the oysters were perfect the staff were so kind and helpful. "We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK."

"We found bed bugs in room 225 in both beds and silver fish under the covers and we had to vacate the room at midnight and drive 2hrs home because there were no other rooms available in the area. Though unapologetic, the staff did offer a full refund."
