"Did not like the fact that my wife and I were getting ready to go to dinner Saturday evening and some other couple walked into our room because the office gave them a key to our room so we never left for dinner we never left the room again for the night after they walked in and then we seen the same couple come back to get into the room next door that was also already occupied not sure what's going on with the office help"

"This hotel feels like a slice of paradise nestled on the canal. The rooms are large, well equipped, and situated so that you can park your car and walk to a nearby establishment, nature stroll (10 min walk in wooded area or longer on canal) the room is clean and breakfast is good. I wish I tipped the staff more. The Cape is so expensive and these people work alot to afford all that life requires. So if your fortunate enough to stay and enjoy free parking, water views, breakfast, please please...

"The room was nice. Two clean and comfy queen beds with decent walking room. A Desk, a fridge, microwave and a nice open bathroom. The only thing that let me down was the drain in the tub wouldn't plug to take a bath, the internet was spotty the TV only had cable it was a smart TV to watch streaming or even mirror my phone too. Otherwise the pool was amazing - very clean, big and very warm. It went 3ft, 4ft, and 5ft which was nice also."

"I normally never write reviews but my experience here was so poor I have to say something. Showing up, I felt unsafe. On room had a window that looked into the hallway only, there was nothing but overhead lights, no lamps at all. Nothing on the walls and cinderblock walls. That aside, all night long we heard loud voices, doors slamming and there was absolutely no way we could sleep at all. We were up all night listening to all of the noise. "Check in was chaotic. I’m the staff called the room phone at 11:05pm stating they needed me to come back to the front desk for additional information. I asked the manager why they would call and wake me and my young child up past 11 pm for a reservation that had been paid for weeks in advance. They don’t tell you there are additional fees to use the beach / pool. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and many guests had barking dogs. Certainly not worth the price. "I really love this place. I go to the cape every year and I always stay here!! The property is beautiful and very close to beaches and lovely restaurants with gorgeous scenery. On the property they have a pool during season and a lovely duck pond that I love to go sit near. The staff are wonderful people and the rooms are absolutely fantastic, some rooms have a deck as well which is always nice and the rooms come with Ac which is always nice during the hot summer seasons"
