Many dining options within 10-15 minutes drive or less. Also close to Walmart as well as other markets and stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my late check in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth.

Simply awesome & amazing

The bottle of red wine & cheese. Very romantic and quiet. The surf and turf was the best. Very kind and friendly people, not only with the owners of the motel, but the guests that we had morning breakfast and a night cap. Clean towels and the bed was turned over even though we didn’t need them to be done. Great cable television, what else could I say. Just a great experience Carleton Circle Motel. Looking forward to seeing them again when we book our next Cape Cod holiday. Thank you again, Danni & Traci

It was convenient. Closest to SunTreats. Stayed here for family there. Probably would do it again next year maybe. Old school almost run down but still is good. Carpet is old. Bed was hard. All I can say it was convenient. No pool. Nice old place probably to benefit around the area or to just get away from the noise. Tv yes small. But you should enjoy the cape

Everything was great overall. There was a little bit of mold by the lining of the shower/bathtub, but nothing that a toothbrush and vinegar cant fix. The price was great for the location as well

It was close to Woods Hole where we needed to get our ferry at 5:30 AM. The sign for the office was down, but once we found it, the staff was very nice. The room was clean, but the furniture was jammed in together and the beds were not particularly comfortable.

Short stay.

Had no problems at checking. The mattress and pillows were very old and uncomfortable sleeping. We asked if they’d give us a different motel and was told if we weren’t happy, we could find another place and money would be refunded. Stayed one night and left. No refund as we left after checkout. Not a place I’d recommend.

RECOMMEND

Very basic accommodations. Our family enjoyed our room. Very, very clean, great service, were able to get everything we needed easily, refigerator and microwave in good working order, bright lighting, bathroom VERY clean, and all room/bathroom accessories functioned well. Nice hot water shower. No frills but great place to sleep/rest comfortably in very clean room environment. Close access to many places with life necessities you might need. Close to restaurants open til midnight. Our family of 4, all adults, would rebook here. Was reasonably priced for overnight stay in area. Many tourist attractions close by. Ran high intensity ultraviolet light over beds-RESULT: CLEAN-NO BEDBUGS!

Good enough!

This place is run by a family with children, so I appreciated that aspect. The keeper was kind. The units are somewhat old and have unfinished renovations. We were comfortable enough. It was awkward at checkout because the office door was locked. I just threw the key into the mail slot not knowing what else to do. The yard and scenery was beautiful. I would have loved to sit on the patio in the morning, but the chairs were all dilapidated and couldn't be sat on. Big bummer for me. I

Property is rather run down,AC was full of black mold,I do not exaggerate about things. We went to the store and purchased Lysol spray,Lysol wipes and rubber gloves to clean the AC unit !! The rooms at the front of the property look ok,but our room in a unit at the back of the property was functional but questionable. Price.was way to high for what we got,just an overnight,realize its Summer on the Cape,but really ! Bonus no hot water !
