"The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the towels were very thin. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The floors were dusty, the toilet had a dark ring around it, and the chair had visible stains. At check in, we were informed that housekeeping would not clean our room during our stay. We stayed for four nights and were later told by the front desk that we needed to locate housekeeping ourselves and exchange our dirty towels for clean ones. While the front desk staff was polite...

"Queen beds are definitely misleading. It was a very tiny bed. Seemed equivalent to a full. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. Found some others persons hair nearly everywhere. "
