"The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁 The staff were super friendly and helpful!! Excellent location and the room was very nice! I would certainly stay here again!!"

"Equipped well, bed comfortable just missing paper towels. Also, pots are non stick making it harder to clean by hand, but with dishwasher it is ok!"

"We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17. Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. "Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. While it seemed as a renovated apartment, the renovation was done perfectly. The kitchen was also good enough for light cooking with provided dishes and cutlery. "Underbar vistelse. Väldigt vänligt mottagande av värdinnan Claudia, och utmärkt hjälp under hela vistelsen. Vår lägenhet var i modern stil (nr 20) och har två bra sovrum och stor balkong med utsikt mot bergen och staden. Det finns tvättmaskin i källaren mot betalning, och frukost mot betalning. Man kan också beställa bröd för leverans varje morgon. Högsta betyg!"

"Good Bits: Great location, free parking, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy (fairly hard which suited us) Clean and well presented apartment. Good wifi (essential) Martin is friendly and helpful Not so good bits: Shower towels are too small. Pillows are way too soft and offer zero support, No USB points anywhere. General: Under floor heating is good but can take 24hrs to warm the apartment up."

"We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. "
