The room looked lovely but unfortunately the heating wasn’t working. Did call up the receptionist she said she was going to put the heating up waited another hour and it was still cold by then. It was too late. The kids were retired so we had to sleep in the cold next morning, I did report it in. However, if I seen that the lady on the receptionist she did offer another room for us to go in but I said unfortunately we’ve already settled in and unpacked and it’s going to be too much for the kids moving from one room to another she did offer complementary drinks and a late checkout but again we left early on the day of leaving.
Perhaps before customers check in rooms should be checked if all is in order. Breakfast menu wasn’t clear the member of staff didn’t explain it properly and for someone who doesn’t understand what is included in the price misread swimming again I understand all the times and everything was already put on the information but sometimes living a busy lifestyle you don’t remember the fine prince did ask a member of staff she didn’t explain it properly so unfortunately we missed a day of swimming because we had other plans throughout the day so couldn’t make it.
