"Everything about this property was amazing! This was a last-minute booking made under stressful circumstances, and it immediately gave me peace of mind.
After leaving another property early in the morning, I arrived around 9AM and was warmly welcomed by Flower and her staff. Although I knew it was much earlier than the standard check-in time and didn’t expect my room to be ready, they went above and beyond by allowing us to enjoy breakfast at no charge while we waited.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the level of care and hospitality Flower provided. She exchanged WhatsApp contact information with us and checked in every day to make sure our needs were being met and that we were enjoying our stay. She made herself available whenever we had questions and genuinely cared about our experience.
Flower also allowed us to send our dinner orders directly to her through WhatsApp so she could ensure everything was delivered correctly. On one occasion, she even personally helped deliver our dinner. It was those thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay.
The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service exceeded all expectations. What started as a last-minute booking turned into one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again."
