"We had an amazing stay at the Meritel Hotel Hanoi. Everything was wonderful: the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location made it easy to enjoy the city. What made the experience especially memorable was the hotel’s generosity. Without us even asking, they upgraded our room twice during our stay. That thoughtful surprise made us feel truly valued as guests. The rooftop bar and amazing drinks is something we enjoyed every evening! We loved our time here and would happily stay again. "The room was beautiful, including a spacious and well equipped bathroom and a little balcony. Cleanliness was impeccable, and staff's friendliness and helpfulness was excellent. The hotel is close to the end of the runway, so there may be noise. The rooms are reasonably well sound proofed so I did not need the provided ear plugs to sleep. If you want to stroll around and see things, this is not your area, but for a business stay with work in the area, or after and prior departure, I recommend this place wholeheartedly!."
