"Clean and staff was very helpful and friendly"

"The room appears clean but when the lights came on you could see the dirty walls, ironing board was stained badly, no coffee pot, microwave was rusted and preformed like it. The final straw was when someone started beating on our door and tried several times to enter. My 81 year old MiL and a 62 year old wife ( 6 weeks out after Major Chest surgery were injured trying to keep him out. Police were called, took 19 minutes to respond, only to find out the check in clerk didn't note the room change due to disability. No calling the room, checking his registration list, nope he chose to try and break into a rented Hotel room. To top it off the parking lot and several tenants were let's say trying to buy the Original 1900 Coke a Cola."

"Room very clean and staff very friendly. Shuttles provided to and from MD Anderson Medical Center. Very nice, friendly and helpful drivers as well."

"Room was cleaned every day which was great, AC worked perfectly. Only wish the TV was a little bit better, quality was below par and weren’t any streaming options to sign into. Overall great place!"

"The place is nice but I have 2 mayor complaints that prevent me from staying there again. First parking. It’s non existent and did this is downtown. And you’ll have to pay 45 for valet or 28 park yourself 2 blocks away. They should include that on description of hotel. Second and worst, noise, lots of noise in the room. Think when someone flushes and the tank fills up there’s a noise of water going thru pipes every 2-3 minutes it’s loud and it was on all day and night it prevented me and my family from sleeping all night. It’s super annoying so if you want a peaceful room stay elsewhere"
