"Absolutely loved this place. Our room was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The bed was comfy & the tv worked well. Our view was great and we loved waking up everyday to see the elk right out front. I love how this place is somewhat off to the side offering some seclusion while also being so close to everything. Check in was easy and I would definitely stay here again! "

It created a relaxing ambiance. We dined in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised - the service and food were excellent. The hotel offered us a free shuttle ride to the tramway there & back. "This is an exceptional hotel. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels of all kinds across the world and this boutique hotel in downtown Jackson steps right up. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant onsite was creative and outstanding. It’s currently expanding to include another restaurant with rooftop dining and adding a spa/wellness component. "The place is very clean and the location is very convenient. The staff is very helpful. I love the place so much. My only complaint is that I got probably the least private bunk (bunk 11) which faces the hallway to the common area. It just feels a little more exposed compared to other bunks. Other than that, it's an amazing place to stay if you're visiting Jackson. Everything is walking distance.
