"The rooms are a bit minimalist, but quite clean and well-arranged, with updated bathrooms. The folks at the front-desk were friendly and enormously helpful - really excellent service. However, on day #2 all but one of my towels was taken away and not replaced, and on the following day the room was not cleaned, so I spent two days with a single towel. (I'm sure I could have asked for one, but I didn't have time.) Other than issues with the housekeeping, the hotel is basic but very comfortable, and the breakfast and the front-desk staff are top notch. Note that it is a bit of a walk to sights like the Cathedral (at least 20 minutes) and to the train station (25 minutes)."
