"Instalações mal conservadas. Limpeza deixa a desejar. Poeira e mofo.Havia insetos pelo chão, o ar condicionado todo sujo não condicionava bem e fazia muito barulho. Tivemos que pedir lençóis, sabonetes, papel higiénico e toalhas. O frigobar cheirava mal. O café da manhã era fraco. Havia animais pelo restaurante. Havia um animal em cima de uma mesa. E moscas pousando na comida. Não forneciam nem guardanapos. Tudo empoeirado."

"Como está no título do anúncio, deveria ter ficado hospedado no Lacqua V, porém a reserva era para o Lacqua IV, onde ja havia me hospedado e foi decepcionante por isso tentei outra acomodação mas tive a péssima notícia de me hospedar no mesmo local da primeira vez. "- Staff were very friendly. - Breakfast and dinner that was included was nice, everything menu slightly changing was great. - Pool would have been nicer if it was warmer. - Collecting the scavenger (missao) hunt prize was not very clear so our son missed receiving his prize at the end of the trip (we were told to text on whatsapp but we found out the day we left that we had to collect at a different hotel) - Sink area in the hotel room's bathroom sink had black gunk/mold around the back area of the faucet. I cleaned it myself since we were already unpacked with 5 people's luggage. - ALL OTHER WERE AMAZING. "
