The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. They were designed by someone that made them look good on paper, but, that person probably hasn't ever been in a pool. The pools were clean, uncrowded, and calm. The pool lounges were terribly uncomfortable because the straps are old and stretched and the metal bar runs right across the middle of your back. The food was average at best. I'm pretty sure most everything was frozen or canned. The coffee wasn't even brewed, it was the powder stuff from a machine. Geez, this is Brazil, brew the coffee. The building needs lots of maintenance. There are 440 rooms in this hotel. I was there during the week and I bet only about 25 rooms were rented. I don't know how this place is going to stay in business. Overall, it's a good value. My room rate was pretty low, so, I can't expect a lot. I got what I paid for. Except that it's rated as 4-star. It might be time to re-rate the hotel. I'm overall happy with my stay.

Solicitei andar baixo, devido hóspedes serem idosos, porém fizeram check in em andar bem alto, além disso, a cama era muito desconfortável, alta demais, mole e com o colchão rebaixado no meio da cama.

Local bom para quem esta querendo algo mais calmo, porem infraestrutura antiga, serviço hoteleiro baixo, as piscinas sao boas com aguas quentes e frias, seviço de garçons precisa melhorar, atividades recreativas bem legais e dinamicas. Quarto soltando piso, acustica tambem do quarto ruim, o ar-condicionado esta velho e muito barulhento. Camas sao duas de solteiro emendadas e nao de casal. De modo geral é um local de categoria média. Pessoal da recepção bem receptivo, funcionarios bem educados.

O hotel tem grande potencia mas deixa a desejar em pequenos detalhes. Estrutura falta manutenção ar condicionado com muito barulho. Cobra por toalhas para piscina. Cafe bom. Sauna a vapor desligada. Mas o custo benefício e razoável pelo valor cobrado da diária. Na entrada do restaurante tem uma placa oferecendo check-out tardio para quem almoçar no dia da saida, fui solicitar a atendente me disse que nao poderia fazer. Nao entendi.
