"Clean room and beautiful beach side"

"The hotel is very old and needs maintenance. The food was okay. The rooms were dirty and the bathrooms really old. The plus is the amazing and beautiful beach directly in front of the door. The location is amazing. "

"I stayed at this hotel for four nights and would definitely love to come back again. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the room was very clean and well maintained. While all of the restaurants served delicious food, I felt the menu options were somewhat limited. However, this was not a concern for us, as there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. For guests booking from outside Malaysia, I would recommend communicating directly with the hotel via WhatsApp, as it...

"I really liked Arwana and would stay here again. It’s literally right on the beach. The water is crystal clear and baby reef sharks swim around happily. Perhentian doesn’t have any roads so the hotel can arrange water taxis. We did the Redang island trip and the snorkelling trip, both arranged by Arwana and they were both excellent. Don’t go expecting a 5 star experience, but this hotel has a rustic charm, the room was nice and clean and the pool is a good size. It’s peaceful and exudes chilled...

"I would say this was with the cost for sure, but you get what you pay for. There was no sink in the bathroom and the toilet sprayer kept falling off. So it was worth it for the price tag but certainly not anything fancy. "
