"Host is lovey. This is an old pub that’s being converted into various rooms on the top 2 floors. Bathrooms are not on-suite however their are adequate facilities to be shared amongst the rooms so this wasn’t an issue for me. Value for money is second to none. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious enough for 1-2 travellers. Downstairs their is a kitchen and eating area (multiple booths) so you can prepare and cook your own food. "Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. "This is the gold standard for B&Bs. Mark and Jeni are wonderful hosts and the house is nicely decorated and furnished. The breakfast was delicious, and we had so many choices! We would recommend this B&B to anyone staying near St. Andrews. There are stairs to the rooms, as is the case in most B&Bs and hotels in Scotland, so since we had a car, we pack a small weekend bag, so we don't have to carry heavy suitcases up and down.
