"It’s wonderfully done & room had everything, enjoyed the room and many amenities of hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Area hip and lots of restaurants in nicer shopping. Beds - HARD and LOW, not luxury, would not return because of it. "

"Overall, our stay was decent, with a few highlights and a few areas that could definitely be improved. When we arrived, we received a letter explaining that rooms are only cleaned for guests staying three or more nights. Since we stayed four nights, we expected at least one cleaning, but unfortunately our room was not serviced at all during our stay. We ended up having to request basic items like toilet paper daily, which was a bit inconvenient. At one point, we asked for fresh towels and were...

"Highly recommend- We stayed for a weekend for concert/sightseeing and found the guest house to be very clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of Ryman and downtown sites. Very easy to communicate with Avant- though we had no issues during stay, they outreached via text each day and provided phone number to contact if there was any need. We will book with them again."
