"Long story short. One staff member with curly hair was rude and judgemental due to us being two young lads. We were asked to leave reception on the first day due to me slightly laying down on one of the sofas while we waited to go to the airport. We were asked by her to go outside, yet 2 females,( doing the exact same thing) were not asked to moved. However, totally left to themselves and not bothered at all. "Very lucky with our room upgrade nothing special just at the pool side because we a lot of people complained about street noice on the other side. Rooms nice and clean . No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast . Breakfast was good for the first 2 days . They offered veggies that you can eat. They test very bad like they were keep in the fridge for a month ....

"Wir hatten insgesamt eine solide Erfahrung im Hotel Pearly Grey mit einigen klaren Plus- und Minuspunkten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und die Lage praktisch – mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Costa Adeje. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Meerblick vom Balkon (Zimmer 208). Auch positiv: viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und das gesamte Hotel ist rauchfrei.
