"很清幽的環境，在湖的旁邊，不像市區擁擠，要往台積電或是峨嵋風景區都滿快的，浴缸很大可以泡澡，房間也很寬敞，吃早餐時老闆正好在餐廳，還推薦我好多新竹的景點跟美食，尤其推薦我一間老店魚丸湯，他的燕餃是我吃過最好吃的燕餃，現場吃完還外帶兩包冷凍的回去"

"Wonderful stay, loved the breakfast, steakhouse and spa. Have to shout out to Grace who made it so easy to extend our stay. She was lovely and so helpful!"

"We stayed 3 nights. Over all was good. Breakfast was great. Fresh ingredients. No on-site parking is the drawback. The shower was hard to get it to the right temperature. The hotel is located at busy city area with traffics. Over all the stay was good. "
