"Convenient, safe location in the center of the city with good restaurants nearby."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen set up was excellent! Free coffee , tea, biscuits 24hrs. Hot water and great shower. Staff gave my parents a much bigger room so they could be more comfortable. Highly recommend it. Good value, car park only 3 minutes off site but secure. "

"Very clean and nice for the affordable price. Some good restaurants and an outdoor community green space/park within walking distance. "

"Family and friendly peoples"

"It was a simple and nice night in Temuco. Nice place with a comfortable bed and nice staff. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, right across from the shopping. We would stay here again."
