"Excellent Location - on ring road. Well worth paying extra for parking spot. Broadband was as good as at home. Very clean & comfortable, with an outside space. Good communication re check in and being there to meet you. Nice touch to have a few essentials for when you arrive - bread, milk, butter, jam, cereals, Orange Juice, bottled water, biscuits. "Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. "Such a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing, 15 minute walk to the centre of Cambridge. Room was absolutely lovely, really couldn’t fault it. Bed super comfy and was so quiet too. Breakfast had lots of choice and the dining area was stunning. We can’t wait to return. "
