"Fue una experiencia personal los 4 dias que pasamos en este hotel, el servicio es impecable, excelente, y el hotel tiende a ser mas un hotel personalizado como lo sugiere el nombre "Boutique Hotel"; el desayuno viene incluido y para darles una idea, no se encuentra la famosa opcion que se ve en los hoteles cadena grande y es "American Breakfast", no hay desayuno americano, hay que elegir entre los desayunos del listado solamente y son platos especiales, muy Mexicanos y muy ricos. La piscina es de agua caliente, deliciosa, y los cuartos tienen camas altas y comodas. La experiencia es la de un hotel pequeño personalizado, no de un hotel cadena. Queda bastante centrico y se puede caminar a museos, centros comerciales y restaurantes en el area."

"Our room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. A plus having a/c. Location was awesome with a short walk to plaza, church and restaurants. Valet parking was very helpful for us. The only disappointment was that we reserved with "breakfast included". The only thing included was a fruit plate (which was nice). There was an extensive menu one could purchase from, but not what I was expecting. A friend stayed there two weeks before us and a limited breakfast menu was included so it must have just changed. Overall, very enjoyable."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It’s just 1 block away from the main plaza and the church. It is Very clean and intimate. The service is excellent. the front desk personnel were very helpful and attentive. It was our home away from home this weekend. We will be returning to this hotel next year."

"Realmente fue excelente habernos quedado en este hotel. Es cómodo, limpio y el personal es muy atento, buen desayuno. Desde antes de la llegada se comunican contigo para saber si vas en carro y poder coordinar el valet parking, lo cual nos pareció un muy buen detalle. Obviamente, también es importante estar pendiente y responder los mensajes del hotel para que todo pueda quedar previamente coordinado. La ubicación es excelente, el staff fue siempre muy amable y nuestra experiencia en general fue buenísima. Nos fuimos muy felices y, definitivamente, nuestra estadía hizo que amáramos todavía más la ciudad."

"Beautiful hotel in the historic center of San Miguel. Gorgeous gardens and architectural elements. Very peaceful stay. The pool was refreshing. Excellent views from the rooftop. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to return for a midday break, if you don't mind a little uphill hike. There is a bullfighting ring immediately adjacent to the hotel property; I only figured this out while taking in the views from the rooftop garden. Thankfully, nothing was scheduled during my stay. I have zero interest in this, and it would have negatively impacted my vacation just knowing it was happening next door. Perhaps it will be outlawed soon, but for now it is the reality."

"Highly, highly recommend Casa de Sierra Nevada. The hospitality was greater than we have ever experienced at any hotel and/or resort. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, but in a genuine manner. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the room in which we stayed was large and well-appointed, including two separate seating areas, a large bathroom and heated plunge pool, as well as a stocked minibar with high-end spirit options (Deluxe Superior One Bedroom). The location is perfect for walking throughout the central district, with the main square being approximately 2 blocks northwest of the property and the park being 3 blocks to the south. This was preferable to the other hotel we were considering, The Rosewood San Miguel, as it is a relatively significant uphill walk to the square/shops from the Rosewood. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel was arguably our best meal of the day, which is considerable given the excellent restaurant options in San Miguel. We will absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again."
