"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning...

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza. "La struttura si trova all’interno di un condominio, a pochi minuti dalla zona pedonale. Nessuna chiave, codici sia per il portone che per la stanza; aria condizionata e frigo in camera; distributore di bevande in struttura. Accoglienza cordiale. Unico neo : la nostra doccia era scomoda perché il doccione è posizionato sul lato corto, ma niente di drammatico."
