"The property was below average, lots of things that needed to be updated. Our fireplace didn’t work, and the mirror in the master bathroom fell on me and broke. The mirror that was replaced was a fourth of its size and overall not great for what we paid per night. I will say the staff at Caribou Highlands was five out of five excellent. Especially the property manager, Katie she was amazing and definitely went above and beyond to try and fix all of our issues. "

"The room is in need of updating. The stairway going to the room smells badly of mildew. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. The chairs are old and very dirty. The cabinet doors and falling off. "

"Extremely dated but functional Lou working the front desk would be better at an auto shop. Zero customer service skills Truck/sled trailer rigs all over the place in an unorganized fashion "

"Parking was good. Beds were horrible. No TV unless you had an Amazon account. No microwave. Room had a funky smell. Toilet mostly flushed. Did have hot water and the shower worked. Advertised hot tub and sauna were not working because they've "been waiting for parts all season." Window curtains had holes in them. A dump."
