"The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. And there is someone at the front desk 24/7 which is very convenient. The room I stayed in was very cute, quaint and had everything I needed. Bathroom was clean, in good working condition with instant hot water and stocked with body wash and shampoo. The breakfast is included. There is a very good coffee machine in a common area, with fantastic espresso, free refillable water tanks and a sitting area. Very clean, quaint and comfortable hotel. Great location too. There’s even a nice restaurant at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I visit in a free months. "

Extras like avocado on toast served to your table. Friendly helpful staff in a very clean hotel, in an area easily accessible for all the best places in Kazimierz and Krakow old town. "Lower budget hotel, self check in, that is in heart of Jewish district. Lots of graffiti on run down buildings. Still felt safe. 30 minute walk to downtown square. Many restaurants and bars around the hotel."

"Good location. Good base for a weekend trip. Didn’t use the spa. Or have breakfast. The local restaurant NOVA is really lively and good for a night out and great food. We can’t fault the hotel. "

"Quite a unique place - formerly a hostel, now run as an arts space and hotel (great for large families - really economical). Super location in a fascinating, historical but vibrant environment. Simple (yes, really a former hostel with several rooms with bunk-beds), clean, neat array of artwork from different countries, weekly art ateliers, with welcome hosts and a great patio cafe/bar. Filling breakfast available. Worth the visit. "
