The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. "This is the perfect apartment to stay if visiting Krakow. The location is perfect. On the edge of Planty looking at the castle. The park runs all the way around the square so it’s so accessible to get around. It’s very safe with the front being gated. The apartment itself is stunning and a very high standard finish. Everything you need is in there for your stay. Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. The communication with loft affair was also superb, I love krakow and I will definitely be staying...

We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again."
