"For $250 per night, it was very poor. Pictures make it look new and it’s not. Felt ripped off and other guests were loud in the hallway at 2:30am. Couldn’t leave fast enough. Disappointing!!! "

"Estuvimos en el Piso 1o del lado de la carretera, habitación grande pero oscura y algo de ruido. El desayuno bueno, la chica del restaurante amable, al igual que la señora de limpieza. La chica de recepción poco flexible con el ingreso al cuarto 1 hora antes, aunque el cuarto estaba listo. La alberca interna pequeña y un poco descuidada. "Very clean and spacious room, and the property was well maintained. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were uniformly gracious, kind, and professional--a real highlight of the stay. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to Old Town Temecula, and given the traffic, you might want to choose that option. Pets are permitted for a $75 fee, and there's a "pet relief station" at the back with sand and some poop bags. The parking lot has ample space for a small dog to stretch its legs. "The room was clean, we even checked the mattress, and all linen, including towels. The toilet seat was wobbly but we forgot to report it. The hotel is quaint and staff is kind but did not give us a printout when we requested it at checkout, perhaps the older woman could not handle the request... AC cooled down the room and was surprisingly on the quieter side. The fridge was really cold so that was great. The TV had a basic Satellite service. All the plugs we used worked. The bathroom had 2 full...

"The place looked good from outside. I didn’t expect to have some issues before checking in. It was on going some renovation on one side, our room was right next to a bunch of construction stuff in the hallway. The other side of the hallway looked clean and quiet, so I asked to move to the other side. The next room was fine except the window was extremely dirty. It smeared with heavy dirts as a view. The sink had no stopper, just a hole and some foul odor could be smelled. Then the only elevator...

West facing rooms are probably quieter. The front door could use better sealing. Everything seemed to work. Staff was fine. Conveniently located to a bunch of Murrieta breweries."
