"Stairs where steep, no lift, no door on bedroom for privacy. Money went missing from our room, good communication from staff but no resolve. Area was good fir transport, shops and food."

"Nena Appartment was perfect for my business trip to Berlin! Small kitchen, laundry and good living space (I booked a studio). Everything I needed was accessible by walking distance and the subway Hermannplatz is 2 minutes of walk and afterwards, less than 20 min from major tourist attractions. My only negative comments is that the area is quite noisy up until late in the evening (lots of ambulance trips!). Other than that, it was excellent!"
