By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

Perhaps because we got a ground floor unit. - The patio was unusable (no privacy and plastic table and chairs were covered in bird poop). - Grounds weren't well kep with grass long, not outdoor seating around the pool (which is much smaller than expected with limited hours). - Check in process was frustrating. - Unit had absolutely no supplies (no hand soap, no...

"We book into this hotel on our way back from England. It is such a lovely drive over the Pyrennes and then into Torla. We have done it for the last four years and have excellent service in the hotel"

"Staff lovely could not do enough for you very clean hotel food was good not a huge choice but good quality drink's very good and cheap £4.86 for 2 large san Miguel on draft spa very good gym looked good outside excellent little local bar also very cheap and packed in evenings room was very clean but smelly slightly of damp but great size for triple room 2 beds and two excellent bathrooms and if facing side street very close to opposite balcony’s noisy youngsters at 5am not hotels fault I would recommend and stay here again opt for pool view "
