"Wow! Das war ja wohl mal perfekt! Tolle Lage, ein sehr netter Empfang, super motiviertes und sehr nettes Personal, tolles Essen und ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet runden das Ganze ab. "This was a great hotel for visiting Innsbruck. The train station is a short walk away and the train ride is less than ten minutes. There’s a grocery store and restaurant attached to the hotel and a gas station that has ice and snacks. The Italian restaurant nearby is hidden but it was the best Italian food I’ve ever had. The pizza place across the street was great too. Overall a solid spot to stay for a vacation. We even walked about a half hour to the next town of Rum and had a gorgeous view. Be sure to ask for a ventilator if your room gets too hot and the front desk will happily oblige."
"There are two good reasons to stay at the Hotel Oberhofer - the incredible view and the equally incredible staff!
The view from our room 205 was spectacular and to be able to sit out on the balcony and gaze in wonder at it was priceless. The next best thing about this hotel is the staff - they are all so kind, welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them - and special shout outs to Paolo who rushes about tirelessly making sure every guests needs are met swiftly in the restaurant and the bar, and to Maria who went above and beyond to help us during our stay 🙏 thank you
As for the hotel itself, it is modern and spacious, the rooms are large and very comfortable, bed was good, separate bathroom and toilet also nice touch. Undercover parking available too was a bonus.
Fantastic pool and sauna/steam rooms and relaxation areas.
Only negative points we found were, shower over the bath was not ideal and the shower head bracket was broken meaning it would not stay in place, the sliding doors on the wardrobe were also broken and didn’t run properly to open/close, and the kettle lid was broken and fell off when pouring water but these small items did not spoil our enjoyment of the place and we would definitely 100% return here. "

"My Arbor was one of the nicest hotels I’ve experienced, the world over. Beautiful design. Stunning views. Amazing staff. Wonderful food and drinks. A world class spa. I could go on and on. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. There was at least one owner in house who was very charming and made us feel very welcome. "We would stay again, but not when the weather is at all warm. There is no air conditioning, which made a stay on the top floor very uncomfortable at night. There was a tabletop fan in the room, but it made a lot of noise."
