"The room was much better than what we expected from the outside appearance. The couch was very worn and uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. With no windows that could open we had to keep the door open with the floor fans running to provide some air flow. As the day was cool, that was okay but it would be uncomfortable on the occasional hot summer day. There were some excellent places to eat close by. We enjoyed the Devil's Bath Brewing for dinner - excellent pizzas and beers."

"The Nimpkish hotel is a very quaint little place in a charming little village. More like a B & B with only 7 rooms but a lovey little find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Our room on the top floor was very unique and has a lovely balcony overlooking the water. Beautiful! The breakfast room is small but the view more that makes up for that. The food selection is very limited but satisfying. There arenโt a lot of options in Alert Bay but the Nimpkish Hotel is a very charming little spot and well worth a visit. The pub / patio downstairs is great too!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Orca Lodge last weekend! The views were absolutely spectacular, and the lodge was so convenient and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay and would definitely return!"
