"The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold."

"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."

He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!"

"The hotel is lovely. Great interiors, spacious rooms, Terrific views, great location. The staff are absolutely excellent. Let them arrange airport transfers and tours, as they will arrange everything perfectly. Breakfast is terrific. Dinner at the hotel restaurant requires reservations, also quite nice. "Perfectly located right in the heart of Quito on Independence Plaza, yet very private and quiet. In a classic older building, so beautifully finished and wonderfully furnished. Rooms are luxurious, spacious and very comfortable. I stayed twice, and each room was fantastic. Just steps away are great restaurants, the grand cathedrals, shopping, and the vibrant street scene Quito is famous for. But above and beyond the facility, is the amazing staff!
