"I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Everything is very modern, well maintained and clean. I felt very comfortable and would definitely book it again. It was also very quiet during my stay, but I was also there on a weekday.
The only thing to be aware of is that some rooms don’t have windows, which isn’t entirely clear when booking. Apart from that, everything was excellent and it offers great value for money."

"Condition of the Original Accommodation
Upon entering the accommodation, my daughter and niece were immediately met with an extremely unpleasant smell and clear evidence of poor cleaning, hygiene and maintenance.
The issues they discovered included:
* Black mould around the bathroom window and on the bathroom blinds.
* A strong, unpleasant smell throughout the accommodation, noticeable immediately upon entering.
* A smell of urine in the upstairs area.
* Damp conditions within the bathroom.
