we got their cheapest room, which turned out to be clean and relatively spacious. The bed was comfortable, the shower nice. We used the gym downstairs a little bit, very basic but welcome after 11 hours and driving. The most interesting part of this hotel is the three-story atrium furnished in antiques. It was fun walking around. there was a pool which looked clean and well maintained, but we didn’t swim. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I checked in at 3pm. They move my stuff out of my room, don’t notify you and then proceed to give my room to someone else at 5pm. They don’t give me a different room and then refuse to give a refund. Mind you, I booked this hotel 3-4 weeks prior to the event i was going to.

Very nice room, clean, comfortable. Free breakfast included, chilaquiles and eggs, coffee, very tasty. Guests just need to follow the no smoking in the rooms rule as someone decided to smoke at 1 am and the smoke alarm went off. My third stay here

Buyer Beware
The advertisement for the room was (2) Twin Sized Beds. There was a single full sized mattress and one toddler bed in the room. We did not notice it at first when we checked in at 3pm since we were in a hurry to meet up with family for New Year’s Eve festivities. When we returned later that night around 2 am. That is when I realized that the beds were not as advertised. The following morning, after a terrible sleep and still partially hung over from New Year’s Eve family party. The manager at the front counter said that the advertisement was for two bags they said that it was a queen size individual size mattress. This is very deceptive and that if I wanted to prevent this next time. I should contact them directly to reserve the room and not through your website. I will never return to this hotel due to the poor service and lack of responsibility.

Good afternoon, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but as mentioned at the counter, the room met the characteristics mentioned in the platform, 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Likewise, if you had told us at the time of your arrival that you were not satisfied with the room, a change could have been made.

Nice spot, easily recommended.
It's just on the southern edge of town, with just a short drive to the centro historico. Great jumping off point for a long road trip through the Valle de Guadalupe, or even further south. A lot of thought and care has gone into the design and management of this place. The rooms are generously sized and the staff are great. The lobby cafe/bar has a very chill vibe and the complimentary breakfast made it feel as if you were in an old school bnb.

No air conditioning but wasn’t terrible. Breakfast was ok, fruit, yogurt, cereal, cold toast, sugared bread pastry, bread with a bit of refried beans and cheese on top, coffee, tea, sugary orange juice, hard boiled eggs…
